Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom or large wholesale orders may require additional processing time. If we anticipate a delay, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on order size, delivery location, and urgency. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service type.
Wholesale customers may receive discounted or negotiated shipping rates based on volume.

Local Delivery & Pickup

Rental Return Shipping
If you're returning rented linens, you must use the prepaid return shipping label provided or ship to the following return address:

Returns must be shipped by the agreed rental return date to avoid late fees.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
A One Press is not responsible for shipping delays once packages are with the carrier. If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist.

Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If items are damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours with photos and a description at info@aonepress.com so we can process a claim or replacement.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally. Orders are fulfilled within the United States only.
